Shipping policy
We strive to make and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Normally, your items will be produced within 2-5 business days and then shipped via DAO, after which it will be delivered to your nearest parcel shop. We will send you a confirmation and tracking information so you can track your package along the way. Please remember to collect your package at the parcel shop within 7 days of delivery, otherwise it will be returned to us.
