Refund policy

We're sorry to inform you that it is not possible to refund an order for our jewelry. This is because the jewelry is made specifically for you and cannot be reused or sold to another customer.

It is also not possible to cancel an order once production has begun. Once we have started working on your order, our materials and resources will already be invested in creating the product for you. Therefore, we cannot offer cancellation at this point.
